 About movie:

The story is about a 70 years old widower (Ben Whittaker), who gets bored with his retired life. He started search for a job that would keep him busy. Ben comes across an advertisement of a senior internship opportunity at an online fashion business. The company owner was Jules Ostin is a young and workaholic woman. Ben accepted the offer from the company. Jules did not understand the need for a senior intern, but she agrees to make him her personal intern. The movie depicts how a young woman can be successful in her entrepreneurship journey. The story tells wisdom and experience play a crucial role in any working environment. Jules is not too keen on his presence. Ben is calm and composed and takes care and provides assistance to her. It covers several themes like feminism, old school values, how men have been downgraded in society, spouses who are workaholics and how that affects their marriage life. At first Ben didn’t scare of new technology, in fact, he started learning new things in an office with the help of his coworkers and his grandson who helps him to understand the meaning of a USB.  Ben gets easily adapts to new changes in a working environment. Ben slowly wins over co-workers and gets into Jules good books. He also helps many co-workers with their tasks. Ben comes to work at 7am one day to organize a messy desk that Jules had complained. Ben caught Jules's driver drinking and convinced the driver to leave and drives Jules home himself and on one day he asks personal questions. Jules asks her employee to replace Ben to be an intern of someone else. He is like a father figure to several of young workers by offering them advice about issues such as love, clothes sense, and work-life balance. Her husband Matt gave up his career to stay with his daughter. Their marriage started breaking slowly as the distance becomes more.  Jules was worried and wanted to give her post of CEO to someone outside the company. When driving her daughter from a party he discovers Matt was having an affair. Jules tells she knows that Matt was cheating on her. When he went on a business trip to San Francisco to interview a CEO. She was no ready to deal with this matter. Jules wanted to save her marriage so she decides to hire a potential CEO. When Jules went to Matts house, Matt said he was ashamed, will help her achieve her dream. Matt apologizes to Jules and promised to never cheat her. Also, he said to Jules that she needs to rethink the idea because it will reduce her authority in the company. The next day she tells Ben that she had stopped finding for the CEO. She finally lets herself relax and enjoys Ben’s company. In this movie, we learned a lot of lessons that how an experienced person played an important role in the working environment.  Firstly, this movie teaches us that stressing for everything is not a solution for every problem. The best thing is to stay calm, take some space and think about it to solve every problem that happens in our life. Secondly, we should respect the opinions of our old generation who have a lot of experience and knowledge in the corporate sector. Also, we should learn a lesson from the experience of older generations. Thirdly, Healthy habits are key to success, in this movie Ben sleeps at 10 P.M and wake up early in the morning. He exercises regularly in the morning and one of his favourite is Tai Chi. Exercise regularly will help you to strengthen your body and immune system. Healthy habits are very crucial for the success of an entrepreneur.
